Federica Saez
Federica studied Business Administration at Universidad de la Republica in Uruguay. For the past three years, she has been managing the mentoring programme at WONDER’s UK partner, the Baytree Centre. Before joining Baytree, she worked in procurement for the hospitality sector. She has volunteered in different social projects in Kenya and Uruguay, and is passionate about social mobility and community development.
