Botagoz is British of Kazakhstani heritage. Botagoz has over 20 years bilateral, public, government and private sector experience including at the World Bank and the UK Department for International Development. She holds a Master’s from the London School of Economics and Political Science and diploma of the CCF Impact and Institute of Leadership and Management in Geneva and speaks English, Kazakh, Russian, Uzbek, Kyrgyz and Tatar.
