Supporting Ukrainians in Poland
WONDER is working with our local Polish partners to provide emergency and long-term support to refugees from Ukraine.
WONDER is working with our local Polish partners, experts in supporting Ukrainians in Poland, to provide emergency and long-term support.
Since 2018, WONDER Foundation has worked with locally-led Polish organisations to support Ukrainian migrant women in Poland through the FATIMA Project
Our Polish partners have expertise in welcoming displaced Ukrainians. At present, Polish people are generously mobilising to provide essential items, including food and shelter, to Ukrainians. The local staff and volunteers we support have already helped hundreds.
Even once the war ends, Ukrainians will not be able to return home immediately. Home, schools and infrastructure are damaged. We are committed to meeting the needs of Ukrainians in Poland in the coming weeks and months by working with our local partners to provide shelter, safe spaces to study, support in finding work and planning for the futures they choose.
This could be supporting them to return to Ukraine, if they want to, or to build safe homes in Poland.
We can accept donations in any currency, from anywhere in the world, here: Support displaced Ukrainians in Poland.
